Write Peace & Healing #5 – I am free from condemnation and guilt

As victims of trauma, we develop negative cognitions, or negative ‘templates’ of thought for how we view the world, others, and ourselves.  These can be turned into positive affirmations. It is possible to change your thought patterns over time. 

Throughout my life, I’ve found it comforting to remind myself of the special relationship Jesus has with his believers. I’ve crafted these exercises to give you peace and comfort in that knowledge, and to make you feel surrounded by his Light and Love. The verse and idea are the real prompts here. Use them as it best suits you! The instruction below the verse is just a helpful suggestion.
